Refund & Cancellation Policy - No Refund
At Shri Ram Property & Finance, all token, booking, advance, and EMI payments are strictly non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment via https://gosrpf.com/pay-now/ or offline.
1. Strictly No Refund
Once token / booking / advance amount is paid for Vacant Plot (Khali Plot), Plot in Abadi, or Ready to Move House (Bana Hua Makan), it is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. No refund will be issued for change of mind, financial issues, location issues, or any personal reasons.
2. Why No Refund?
- After booking, your plot/house is blocked and removed from sale for other customers.
- Immediate file work starts - agreement, affidavit, site allocation, registry preparation, admin costs.
- We hold property for you and lose other buyers - hence token is commitment charge.
3. Token / Booking Amount = Commitment Fee
Any amount paid as token, advance, or booking is considered as commitment / blocking fee and is non-refundable. It will be adjusted in total property cost only.
4. EMI Payments - Non-Refundable
All EMI payments (Rs 6500, Rs 8500, Rs 12000 plans) paid are non-refundable. If you discontinue EMI, amount paid will not be refunded but can be considered as per agreement for plot adjustment subject to management approval.
5. Cancellation by Customer
- Customer cancellation does NOT entitle refund.
- Booking can be transferred to blood relative (family member) with written application + Rs 2000 transfer fee + ID proof + management approval. No cash refund.
- If customer fails to pay 3 consecutive EMIs, booking may be cancelled and amount forfeited as per agreement.
6. Cancellation by Company (Rare Case)
In extremely rare case where company is unable to provide plot due to govt / legal reason, company may at its sole discretion offer alternative plot of same value or adjust amount to another property. No cash refund, only adjustment.
7. Free Site Visit - No Charges
Free site visit at 105 Main Road, Nangli Pune Village, Delhi-110036 is 100% free. No payment taken for visit.

9. Agreement is Final
By paying token/booking amount, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Disclaimer on gosrpf.com. All disputes subject to Delhi jurisdiction.
